II
C17, C19. A building which has been extended and later reduced, leaving an irregular rectangle, of which the south-east half was once a square structure above a deep well (no doubt with apparatus for animal propulsion). It is now a shell, with walls of red brick in English Garden Wall bond, and a stepped gable in English bond. The roofing is of red tile, with scalloped bands.
