Cottage. Early-mid C18 with C19 alterations. Watershot masonry, stone dressings,
tile roof. 2 storeys, double fronted. Entrance has plain surround set within
gabled porch butt-jointed to facade; mid C20 door. Windows are early-mid C18
with recessed flat-faced mullions and C20 casements: 2 lights to left on ground
floor, 3 lights to right, both with dripstones. Two 2-light windows on upper
floor. Right-hand gable end ridge stack and ridge stack at former left-hand
gable, now junction with former C19 barn converted to part of the cottage. In
right-hand return is reused datestone inscribed LT 1660.
