House and railings. Early - mid C19. Coursed watershot rubble, stone slate
roof, cast-iron railings. 3 storeys, 3 bays. Central leaved 6-panel door
in ashlar Tuscan doorcase with blocking course above. Sash windows with
glazing bars and marginal panes below deep ashlar lintels. First-floor sill
band. Tripled gutter brackets. Ashlar copings. End stacks. In front, low
ashlar plinth with railings with spear finials. Included for group value.
