Farmhouse C1800. Brick with slate roof. Brick first floor band
stone coped gables, 4 gable stacks; 2 storeys, 3 bays. Off centre
reeded doorcase with moulded hood and geometrical overlight with
6 panelled door. Flanked to left by 3 light Yorkshire sash with
segmental head; to right by Yorkshire sash to cellar and single
glazing bar sash to stairs; beyond, 3 light Yorkshire sash with
segmental head. Above, 2 central margin pane fixed lights; to
left, Yorkshire sash; to right, glazing bar sash. To right, C20
flat roofed brick addition. To left, C19 additions, 1 and 11/2
storeys brick with slate and pantile roofs; irregular C20 and C19
fenestration. Garden front has central blocked opening with,
above blank panel, flanked by single C19 canted brick bays with
ashlar coped parapets; containing 4 French windows and 4 each
single fixed lights and C20 ventilators.
