Former house, now offices. C18. Brick with slate roof. Ashlar
dressings; lintel band, second floor band, modillioned eaves,
plain parapet and coping. Ground floor has segmental arched
entry c1975; above, 2 glazing bar sashes with segmental heads,
and above again, 2 similar, smaller sashes. Included for group
value only.
