Farmhouse. Early C19. Brick with C20 concrete tile roof.
Chamfered plinth, first and second floor bands, dentillated
eaves. 3 gable and single ridge stacks. 3 storeys, 3 bays. L-
plan. Front windows are C19 glazing bar sashes with rubbed brick
heads. South front has central C19 canted brick porch with slate
roof and panelled door with chamfered lintel. On each side, a
sash with stained glass. Flanked by single sashes. Above, 3
similar sashes. Above again, 3 smaller sashes with plain heads.
West side has rear wing, with projecting single bay lean-to
addition to left. 5 C20 casements of various sizes, with
segmental heads. Above, a C20 casement. Rear elevation has
single storey, 2 bay lean-to addition in return angle. To
north, 2 casements with segmental heads, and above, single
smaller similar casement. Interior has winder stair with small
well, square newels and vase and stem balusters.
