Former dovecote, cart shed and granary. Probably largely C18 with C19 alterations. Sandstone rubble, timber-frame, brick and tiled roof with brick stacks. Long rectangular range aligned north-east/south-west. Two storeys. South-east elevation: seven windows, 2-light casement to left with the remaining six being openings to granary and dovecote; to right of centre are five panels of exposed timber-framing at first-floor level with four rows of nesting-holes, raking-top dormer entry to upper floor at the head of tallet stairs under which is a ledged door and dog kennel both with semi-circular heads; ledged cart entries to right, domestic part to left may be laundry or kitchen. Forms part of the farm complex to former Poolend Farmhouse (qv). (RCHM Vol II, p 155).
