Probably mid C18 front to a C17 building. 2 storeys red brick with random
flint band over ground floor. 2 ranges of windows, 3 light casements on 1st
floor with wooden lintels; 2 light ground floor with glazing bars. Panel 1st
floor centre. Central door with early C19 hipped gable wood trellis porch.
Brick block cornice below eaves. Half-hipped tiled roof with off-ridge cruciform
chimney to centre front. Long catslide roof to rear. Dean's Farm Cottage
and Dean's Farm are linked to Star Road by a raised flint causeway.
