GV II
Former Presbyterian church dated 1820, converted into two houses c.1934. Squared
tooled stone, rubble rear, dressings; slate roof. Built on steep hillside. North
front 2 storeys on projecting basement plinth, 4 bays. 1st floor band, projecting
eaves course. Central bays set forward under gable. Blocked square-headed
basement windows. Round-headed upper windows have plate-glass sashes but older
Gothick intersecting glazing bars in heads; circular window (originally clock) in
gable. Hipped roof. Rear elevation has pent outshut with 2 elliptical-arched
doorways, that to right with date over.
