House, formerly manse to attached Presbyterian church of Scotland (q.v.) 1821
for the Reverend Israel Craigs. Scored stucco with ashlar dressings and Welsh
slate roof. Rusticated quoins. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central door in raised
surround with later C19 glazed porch.
16-pane sash windows in raised surrounds. Ground-floor right window has lost
intermediate glazing bars.
Gabled roof with flat coping. Right end stack stbne. Left end stack rebuilt
in brick.
Rear has large round-headed staircase window, also five 16-pane sashes.
Interior has 6-panelled doors, internal shutters and staircase with turned
balusters.
C20 1-bay addition on left return not of special interest.
