GV II*
Three pedestal tombs, 2 bale tombs and one headstone. Early-late
C18. Limestone.

Pedestal tomb. Late C18. Limestone. Rectangular with recessed
panels. Cyma moulded top and base. Tall moulded finial coping.
Inscribed to RICHARD WISE-----, date illegible.

Pedestal tomb. dated 1805. Limestone. Rectangular with beaded
panels and flanking reeded pilasters. Plain frieze with cornice
moulded top having weathered coping; moulded plinth. Inscribed to
HENRY DAY, died 1805.

Pedestal tomb. Late C18. Limestone. Rectangular with recessed
inscription panels, bolstered on south side. Cyma moulded base;
cyma moulded top with tall moulded coping. Inscriptions illegible.

Double bale tomb. Dated 1722. Limestone. Large rectangular chest
base with recessed panels to sides and ends 2 x 3. Plain base;
cornice moulded top. Two gadrooned bales, winged cherubs' heads to
west end recesses; winged hour glasses to east. Various
inscriptions include I.F., died 1676, Robert --------, died 1722
and R.P., died 1725.

Bale tomb. Dated 1734. Limestone. Rectangular base with recessed
fielded panels. Plain base; cornice moulded top. Bale has curved
fielded panels; winged cherub's head to west end; winged hour
glass to east. Inscribed E.D., died 1734.

Headstone. Early-mid C18. Limestone. Oval carved inscription
panel with death's head at top.

An important group with examples of most of the east Cotswold
types.
