Wall and gatepiers of St Laurence's Graveyard

Gatepiers inscribed "Rebuilt AD 1791". Red brick gate piers with central break to front. Limestone plinths and block capping, ball finials. Taynton Stone and Hornton Stone elements. Plain wrought iron overthrow with lamp. The retaining wall to the graveyard joins the Magistrates' Court with the south-east corner of St Laurence's Church. Curved to Forbury corner. Red brick except south length, about 50 yards, where the lower part is older and of flint. Height varies from about five feet at west end to ten feet at east end.
