Two houses in row. Late C18. Coursed rubble limestone; ashlar
chimney; stone slate roof. Two-storey with attic; parallel rear
range to No 1. Front: 2-window fenestration to each house, left
mainly with C20-replaced leaded casements, right with more original
casements remaining, all with timber lintels. Central doorway to
each with stone lintel, left with 4-panel door, right partly
infilled and with timber casement. Single central eaves-mounted
gabled roof dormer to each house, both with leaded casements. Fire
insurance plate to No 1. Ridge-mounted chimney with moulded cap to
west end of each house. Interior not inspected. Included for
Group Value.
