Former farmhouse. Early-mid C19. Limestone rubble with ashlar
facade, slate roof. Almost square plan to main body with small
extension at rear. Symmetrical, 3-storey, 3-windowed facade with
rusticated quoins. Twelve-pane sashes to ground and first floor,
16-pane sashes to second floor. All windows within beaded plain
architraves with dropped keystone. Central C20 plank door within
round-headed surround with keystone and fanlight. Pointed stone
hood with moulded margin supported on moulded brackets. Hipped
roof, gable-end stacks. Interior not inspected.
