Cross, Pre-Conquest on Cl9 base. Sandstone. Shaft and cross head, of
slightly 'hammerhead' form, are cut from a single stone. No visible carving
or ornament. Having served as a gatepost for many years, the cross was
re-set in the late C19 on a stepped base of rock-faced and margined stone.
