House in row. Early-mid C19 facade probably to earlier building
and mid-late C19. Ashlar facade added at same time as The Annex
(q.v.) and Antelope Corner (q.v.), stone slate roof and ashlar
stacks. Slate roof to extension at rear. Rectangular main body
with mid-late extension at rear. Two-storey, 5-windowed facade
with parapet. Twelve and 16-pane sashes with keystones. Fielded
5-panel door with fanlight set back within semi-circular headed
surround with pointed keystone. Boot scraper within reveal. Axial
stack to main body. Three stacks to mid-late C19 extension at
rear. All stacks with moulded cappings. Open-sided decorative
wrought iron ground floor verandah at rear. Interior not
inspected.
