NY 86 SE HAYDON WHARMLEY

6/78 East Wharmley Farmhouse

House. Early C19. Rubble with tooled and margined quoins and lintels; slate roof,
stone gable stacks. 2 storeys, 3 windows, symmetrical. Central 6-panel door with
oblong fanlight in raised stone surround. 16-pane sash windows 1st floor except
for centre 12-pane. All windows have raised stone surrounds and all are renewed.
Rear elevation has central door with alternating tooled and margined jambs, in
C20 glazed porch, and similar windows.
