House above shops; unusual Victorian classical features. Late C19 stucco,
with a slate roof. Symmetrical front (north) of 3 storeys, 2 windows.
Painted brickwork with stucco features, arcaded eaves with end ½ columns
(with spiral pattern at the 2nd floor), 2nd floor moulded cill band, with
brackets below openings, 'Dutch' heads to 2nd floor windows projecting above
the eaves, segmental pediments on brackets to the 1st floor, with panelled
architraves (to 4), plain 1st floor band, central plain arch to doorway with
key. Casements, coupled with round heads. 2 early C20 shopfronts.
