Detached farmhouse. Dated P and E A 1665. Dated over front door: Istas
Aedes Restituit Refecit J.R.P.G. A.S. MDCCCXCII (1892). Repair. Caused
dressed stone walls. Slate roofs with stone gable-copings and moulded
kneelers. Ashlar stone stacks at gable ends. Parallel ranges. Two storeys.
3 windows, 3-light hollow-chamfered stone mullions, 2-light over front door.
Straight dripstones over. Iron casements with rectangular leaded lights.
North end wall has small single light iron casements with lead lights. Wood
lintels over. Front door at centre, with straight-chamfered jambs and depressed-
arch head. Door has a panelled bottom, and glazed top half, C19. Attached
front garden walls: rubble-stone with ashlar coping stones, ramped to front
entrance. (RCHM, Dorset I, p 104(7)).
