Cottage, early C19. Squared stone with tooled-and-margined quoins and
dressings; pantile roof except for Welsh slates on outshut. Single storey,
3 bays. Front shows 4-pane sash windows in alternating-block surrounds.
Raised reverse-stepped coping to gables; stepped-and-corniced end and ridge
stacks. Doorway to rear outshut.
Solitary cottage in unspoilt moorland setting.
