Former farmhouse, now house. C17. Coursed limestone rubble,
dressed stone quoins, corrugated iron roof, former axial stack
replaced in brick, stone stack. Long rectangular plan. Garden
front; 2 storeys and attic. Four bay, 3-windowed facade to main
body. Two and three-light double-chamfered stone-mullioned windows
lighting facade. Stopped hood over lower left-hand window. C20
plank door off-centre right with Tudor-arched surround. Two-light
stone-mullioned casements in right gable end, one with hollow-
moulded mullions. 1 1/2 storey, single bay extension left with dormer
lit by 2-light hollow-moulded, stone-mullioned casement, similar
casement to ground floor below. Plank door lower right. Wall
facing road lit by two 2-light stone-mullioned casements, one with
hollow-moulding. One double-chamfered single light lower right.
Flat coping at gable ends of main body. C20 stack at left gable
end, axial and lateral stacks to main body.
Interior; spine beam, barrel vaulted cellar under left end of main
body.
