House. C15 or early C16, with probably C17 and C18 alterations. Whitewashed brick (English bond) thatched roof with gable ends. Brick stack to left and at two-thirds from left. Two storeys, five windows range. Ground floor openings under timber lintels but traces of earlier segmental brick arches visible. Two- and three- light wooden casements with glazing bars. Six-panel door with two upper panels forming integral lights.

Internal features: two jointed cruck trusses (smoke blackened in roof) are visible; internal jetty; plank and muntin partition; doors in heavy wooden frames. Building originated as an open hall.
