Probably early C18. Clay lump walls. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Two
storeys and attic (attic windows in gable ends). East front two widely spaced
windows, casements, ground floor three-light first floor two-light. Plain
doorway on right. Central brick chimney stack. Facing Ipswich Road: one
storey lean-to. Modern brick south end wall.
