Detached house. Square-panelled natural oak timber framing with
some curving bracing on a roughly coursed squared limestone plinth.
Thatched roof. Brick stack and pebble-dashed brick stack. Left
gable end; large blocks coursed squared and dressed limestone,
painted brick above eaves level, 'L'-shaped plan. 1½ storeys.
Three dormers at eaves, two with rendered gables and diamond leaded
panes. Rectangular leaded panes, single and 2-light casements on
ground floor and central eyebrow dormer. C19 flush 6-panel door up
3 steps off-centre right. Upper 2 panels glazed. Brick stack at
left gable end. Projecting stack from gable end at rear. Interior
not inspected.
