House: attached to "Newhaven" C17. Rubble walls with freestone and rubble
gable-wall. Keyed stone heads to windows. C20 Roman-tile roof. Three brick
stacks at ridge, at left, mid-right and far-right. Door at centre into
cross-passage. Two storeys. Five window range with casements. Two stone
mullioned windows with lables in gable wall, one blocked. Wide plank door.
Interior: Hall: wide open fireplace with wooden lintel opposite cross-passage
wall. Chamfered ceiling beams, Parlour stone fireplace of depressed-arch
form, c.1600. Roll-moulded arch cut into this, C18. Roof: tie and collar-beam
trusses with plated yokes.
Subsidiary: C18 graffiti on gable wall.
