TG 03 SW MELTON CONSTABLE MELTON CONSTABLE PARK

3/66 Dairy Farm House.

G.V. II

Farmhouse, c.1700. Stucco, red pantiled roof. 2 storey with attics, 5 bay
with outshut rear and two wings attached. 4 ground and 5 first floor sashes
with glazing bars, on ground floor lengthened with blind boxes added. Central
door with simple rectangular fanlight. 2 gabled casement dormers with leaded
lights. Wooden modillion eaves cornice. Brick kneelers, crow-stepped end
gables with stacks. To west wing of c.1830, red brick with red pantiled roof.
3 ground and 3 first floor sashes with glazing bars, further returned wing
with 2 ground and one first floor sash and south hipped gable return with
one ground and one first floor sash. 2 ridge stacks. Single storey
conservatory with decorative barge board gable. At north white gault brick
wing with black glazed pantiled roof attached by single storey corridor.
3 ground floor and 4 first floor sashes with glazing bars and two end gable
stacks. Single storey gault brick and black pantiled wing to east.
