Farmhouse, c.1800. Occupying site identified on tithe map of 1720. Flemish
bond red brick; black glazed pantile roof. Two storeys: symmetrical 3-bay
facade with two additional bays. Two ground floor 3-pane and five first floor
4-pane fixed sashes with glazing bars, outer lights with lower openings.
Casements, the upper 2 lights into pointed Gothick heads. Flat rubbed arches
to openings. Central wooden doorcase with single reed moulding, pilasters
with roundels, frieze with lozenges, projecting cornice. 4-panel reveals,
8-panel raised and fielded door. Centre bay advanced, outer pilasters. Two
additional bays have ground floor French doors. Two ridge stacks.
