House. Mid-C17 possibly of two builds. Single pile house of 2 storeys with
early C19 gabled 2 storey wing at rear forming 'L' plan. Brick, red pantiles.
Garden front with 5 ground and 5 first floor C20 wooden casement windows with
glazing bars. To ground floor one surviving rendered chamfered brick 2-light
mullion window. At west off centre part glazed door with reveals and archi-
trave. At least C20 boarded door. Ground floor plinth, first floor platband,
diagonally set dog-tooth eaves cornice. Brick kneelers and crow-stepped gables,
renewed. Off-centre stack, perhaps marking original lobby entrance plan, or
alternatively the end stack of the earlier build; 2 end stacks; steeply pitched
roof. Interior: 3 ground and first floor rooms with stopped and chamfered spine
and cross beams.
