GV II
House, C17. Coursed flint with brick dressings, pantile roof. 3 bays,
lobby entrance. 2 storeys raised from 1 1/2 storeys. Off-centre axial stack.
Two doorways with brick cambered heads of very tall voussoirs to first
arid chimney bay; varied fenestration of C19 and later; ground floor C20
central bay window. Right hand gable with flint plinth capped by brick;
wall of 3 courses of flint alternating with one of brick; ground floor
fixed window of c1975. Interior: chimney stack encased; butt-purlin roof
with collars to principal rafters.
