House, set back in row. Early Cl9. Rough coursed and squared limestone,
formerly rendered, concrete tile. Two storeys, attic and basement, 3-windows;
at ground and first floors 16-pane sashes and central 12-pane over 6-panel door
with transom-light in deep fielded panel reveals and surround with dentil
cornice, approached by 8 septs over basement area. Two 2-light casement gabled
dormers. To basement are two 4-light chamfered mullion casements with late C20
leaded glazing. Gable stacks. Originally and until recently rendered, the pick
marks visible overall the stonework. Interior shutters to ground floor windows.
