Formerly two cottages, Nos 86 and 86a Blacknoll. C18. Plastered cob walls,
thatched roof, brick stacks. Two storeys. On main elevation, brick porch with
slate roof and ledged door. Ground floor has three metal windows and a modern bay
window. First floor has two timber casement windows, one metal casement, and one
horizontally sliding sash window, all with glazing bars. Single-storey lean-tos at
each end with corrugated iron and asbestos roofs. Interior retains some chamfered
ceiling beams.
