Shop. C.1840. Painted squared stucco on brick, red pantiled roofs. 2
storeys, 2 bay shop front to east, 3 bay shop front to west. Shop to east
has C19 ground floor shop window with central door, entablature surround with
moulded cornice. 2 first floor sashes with glazing bars and margin lights.
Hipped roof. Shop to west has 2 outer and 2 inner piers with imposts
supporting blank arch recesses framing single bay shop window with pilasters,
flat console brackets, entablature and cornice. 2 first floor outer blank
windows with stucco moulded architrave surrounds, central tripartite window
with 3 plate glass sashes and stucco architraves. Moulded stucco eaves
cornice. Hipped roof with rear gault brick stack. East range has 2 storey
'L' plan return with ground and first floor sashes with glazing bars and margin
lights.
