Adjoining Ridgeway. Has been a good early C19 2 storey 3 window stucco
front. Slate roof. Sash windows 3 panes wide on first floor with Venetian
window in centre; this is set in sunk recess with elliptical head with
fluting in the spandrels. Garage now takes up whole of ground floor.

Ridgeway and the Premises formerly occupied by Camkin Motors, form a group
with House adjoining premises occupied by Jax to the north-east, premises
occupied by Palmer, Snell and Co, Glenda, Marella, K Rowsell and Jax, Coldharbour.
