Three houses in row. Early C19. Coursed and squared limestone;
artificial stone and concrete block rebuilt chimneys; stone slate
roof. Two-storey. Front: balanced elevation, No 12 comprising
central break forward. Different fenestration to No 10 to right,
3-window, all originally 12-pane sashes, 2 to upper floor replaced
by C20 casements with fake glazing bars; blocked central upper
floor window opening - linked by sill band. Central doorway with
6-panel door and rectangular light over. Remainder of row has 16-
pane sashes, 3 to break forward, 2 doorways to left having 4-panel
doors with rectangular lights over; 2 windows to left, replaced by
aluminium sashes on upper floor. Plain band at head level of
ground floor sashes, 2 to left with large oval arched relieving
arch above, others with round relieving arches. Plain cornice with
blocking course to whole row. Three ridge-mounted chimneys.
