Large scale OS map shows as Waltholme. House, right half of pair. Early C18
with early C19 upper facade. Limestone, ashlar, concrete tile roof. A small
one-bay house in 3 floors. Ground floor has cross-mullioned 2-light chamfered
mullion casement, right, under a plat band; at first floor a 12-pane sash, under
a blocked opening at second floor: both these to plain stone cills and simple
reveals. Left is part-glazed 6-panel door in an eared architrave with triple
projecting keystone through a pulvinated frieze, to a moulded closed pediment.
The right gable has some flush blocked openings, and the back included a 2-light
chamfered mullion casement. Gable stack. The doorway may have been added by
the builder of Selsdon (qv) adjoining, with which it shares detail.
