Plinth, rusticated quoins. Central bays break forward and have a round-
headed sash with glazing bars in rusticated surround with large keystone
flanked by round-headed recesed panels with projecting sills higher than
that of sash. 1st floor: blind oculus with keyed architrave flanked by
unequally-hung 9-pane sashes with wed lintels; pediment with plain
tympanum. Side wings; each has sill band to round-headed sash with glazing
bars and eaves cornice; hipped roof with brick end stack to wing on left;

James Paine's bill refers to the alteration of a stable into a Keeper's Lodge
and this is regarded as being the building concerned (Girouard, P1026).
