Farmhouse. Late C17. Irregularly-coursed rubble sandstone, Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys, 2-room plan with additional room to left and lower, 2-storey single-
room addition to right. Central part has large quoins and near-central doorway
with C20 door in chamfered quoined surround with hoodmould. Flanking windows
have 2-light casements with glazing bars in recessed, chamfered surrounds
without mullions; hoodmoulds. Similar lst-floor windows each with an intact
2-light mullion window above. Ridge stack above door has rendered base and
later brick shaft. Addition to left under same roof has door to right of
3-light casement both sharing concrete lintel; similar window above. Small end
stack to left. Low addition to right has irregular quoining at junction with
main range and has blocked doorway to right with chamfered lintel and relieving
arch; 2-light casement and small single-light window to ground-floor left with
2-light casement over. Rebuilt brick gable with end stack.

Interior: back-to-back fireplaces in main range have chamfered ashlar surrounds.
Transverse ceiling beams with stopped chamfers.
