Farmhouse now two dwellings. Mid C19. For the Hickleton estate. Deeply-coursed, dressed sandstone; stone slate roof. U-shaped plan with front wing projections. Two storeys, 1:3:1 windows to first floor. Recessed, chamfered mullioned windows, mostly of two-lights, have casements with glazing bars. Central part has doorway on right with C20 part-glazed door in ashlar surround. Inserted doorway to left with original window on its right; single-light window above. Gabled wings have one window to each floor. Tabled ridge stack to each wing, similar end stack to left end of main range, another to rear gable of right wing.
