Pinfold at junction with Heap Pits Road

Pinfold. Probably early C19. Rubble magnesian limestone with dressed
sandstone copings. Circular enclosure approximately 11 metres in diameter
with wall approximately 2 metres in height; gate opening in north side with
large monolithic jambs; domed copings. Well-preserved example.
