House, now shop and offices. Early C19 and C20 alterations. Stucco with painted
stone dressings and concrete tile roof. Three storeys and three second-floor
windows. C20 shop front to ground floor with recessed door giving access to upper levels to right. Large central full-height canted bay window to first floor with narrow 5-pane sashes flanking unequal sash to front which has plate glass to lower sash and glazing bars to upper sash. To either side there are blind recesses with projecting sills. Above three 12-pane sashes, also with projecting sills. Original hopper head to far left and plain stepped eaves. Brick end stack to left.
