Farmhouse. c1700 and early C19. Pebble-dashed, C20 pantile roof. 2-storey,
4 x 1-bay C19 house across front of 2-storey-and-attic range of c1700.
Front range has bay-2 doorway with roll-moulded ashlar surround to C20 part-
glazed door beneath margin-glazed overlight. Other bays and 1st floor have
projecting stone sills to large sashes with glazing bars in flush wooden
architraves. Hipped roof with 2 brick ridge stacks. Altered rear range has
separate, steeply-pitched roof.
Interior: rear range retains 2 rises of an original staircase (of c1700) with
turned balusters, moulded handrail and baluster die-stops against square
newel posts; attic roof has curved feet to the principal rafters.
