Cottage. Late C17, exterior walls rebuilt late C18-early C19. Pale red-brown local
brick. Circular iron tie plate to front. Pantile roof, raised verge and end
stacks. Two storeys, 2 bays. End lobby-entry plan. Yorkshire sashes with small
panes under segmental brick soldier arches to ground floor. The 1st floor windows
cut the dentilled eaves band. Interior: timber bressummer to hearth and ceiling
beams. Included primarily for group considerations.
