House. Late C18 - early C19. Brick and rubblestone rendered, ashlar
dressings, Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 3 bays with 3-bay wing to rear.
Central 6-panel door and Gothick fanlight in stone architrave below moulded
consoles and open pediment. This is flanked by full-height bowed bays each
with 3 adjoining sashes with glazing bars, in plain architraves. First
floor: central sash with glazing bars in plain architrave flanked by similar
windows to those below. Second floor: central unequally hung 9-pane sash in
plain stone surround, flanked by 3 adjoining unequally hung 9-pane sashes in
plain stone surrounds, outer sashes are dummy. All windows with projecting
sills. Simple cornice. Hipped roofs, 2 ridge stacks. Interior: large
open-well plain stone staircase. Doors have reeded architraves. Plain
moulded cornices to rooms.
