House and commercial premises. Early C19. Ashlar, Welsh slate roof.
3 storeys, 2 bays. Quoins and plinth. Ground-floor painted. To left a
½-glazed door flanked by plate-glass shop windows. To extreme right a board
door. First-floor band and 16-pane sashes. Second-floor band and unequally
hung 12-pane sashes. All windows have stone sills and plain lintels. Shaped
kneelers, stone coping and corniced end stacks.
