Outbuilding, now garage. Probably 1866 by Charles Newstead for the Franklands
as Old Rectory (qv). Mottled pink brick, Welsh slate roof. One storey with loft;
2 bays, gable-end on. Chamfered plinth; double board door under chamfered timber
linted; board door above under cambered brick arch; stepped eaves. Right return:
on left, blocked wise opening (with later door) under pointed brick arch with
herringbone brickwork in typmanum. Left return: left bay has rectangular opening,
and projecting pantiled canopy supported by timber piers rising from brick wall.
