headed niche with broken spout and semi-circular bowl supported on small bracket.
Above a shallow pediment inscribed "THIS WELL WAS GIVEN FOR THE USE OF THE PUBLIC BY
W RICHARDSON ESQ MD 1758" with flanking acroteria.
