Farmhouse c.1800. Red brick, with C20 pantile roof and 2 brick chimney stacks. 2
storey, 3 bay street front, with central doorway with panel door and overlight,
within a wooden lattice porch. Above an ashlar plaque inscribed "RICHARD POTTER,
Builder and Monumental Mason". Eitherside are single plain sashes. Above a blind
central window, flanked by single glazing bar sashes. To the left a single storey
brick and rubble outbuilding.
