Farmhouse. c1840. Red and cream brick in Flemish bond on sandstone plinth; red
brick returns. Timber doorcase. Slate roof. Central-entry plan. 2-storey, 3-
window front. 4-panel door with divided overlight in pilastered doorcase with
cornice hood. 12-pane sash over door; remaining windows are 16-pane sashes. All
windows have painted stone sills and wedge lintels. End stacks at base of hipped
roof.
