House. Early-mid C19. Stuccoed sandstone on plinth, with slate roof.
Square on plan. 1-storey, 3-bay front, with raised quoins. Panelled door,
with diamond-latticed upper half beneath overlight, flanked by cross windows
with stone sills. All openings have raised surrounds, and overlight and
windows have diamond-lattice glazing. Overhanging eaves to pyramidal roof
with apex stack. Left and right returns each have 2 cross windows with
similar detailing.
