Farmhouse, cottage and farmbuildings. Late C18 with early C19 extension,
later C19 alteration and further C20 extension. Whitewashed brick with
pantile roof. L-shaped on plan. 2-storey, 4-window front; C20 extension at
right. 6-panel door at centre right, with divided overlight, flanked by 12-
pane sashes; 16-pane sash at left end. Unequal 9-pane sashes on first
floor. Cambered brick arches to all openings, and painted stone sills to
all windows. Stepped eaves course. Right end and centre left stacks to
hipped roof. Left return: 2-storeys; 2-window cottage front, the left part
projecting. 1-storey range of farmbuildings further left. Cottage has
glazed door in projecting part with 20-pane sash at left, and similar window
on first floor. Right part has 16-pane ground-floor sash and 12-pane sash
on first floor. Cambered arches to ground-floor windows and painted timber
lintel on first floor. Range of farmbuildings: sliding garage door in
former cart arch to left of centre. 2 board doors at right of small cross
windows at left end. Wide board doors right of centre and right end, with
shuttered opening between. Inserted small-pane window in centre. All
unaltered openings have painted timber lintels.
